Thanks dude. I've been lookin for this shit.
I'm actually quite disappointed in this album. Usually 80% of the tracks are great but this album only has me enjoying ... 30%. Maybe 5 or 6 tracks that I can see myself bumpin; that's a generous number. Matter of fact one song sounds like a rip off the the melody of Skatterman & Snug Brim's Carwash.
That one song you talkin about "Street Life" .. The original song "Street Life" was a 57th Street Rogue Villian song off of their first album "It's On Now", which came out in 1999.. The song on "Monsterifik" is basically an updated version of that song from "It's On Now". So I guess technically "Car Wash" is a rip off of that melody actually.

Your downloaded version must have been labeled wrong because "Just Like My Brotha" is not on "It's On Now (Summer Edition)".. It's found on Roguish Ways. Just figured I'd let you know. I have physical copies of It's On Now (Summer Edition), My Dogs For Life, Roguish Ways, and New World Hustle. You can check out www.myspace.com/roguedogvillians if you interested in getting any of them.
